Graduate Services
We work with families who have graduated our program to stay in permanent housing.
Our ultimate goal at Family Promise of Clark County is to get families into permanent a housing situation Our relationship with them doesn’t stop once they have moved in, we continue to work with and support families through this transition to give them the best chance to succeed. Our follow-up case management services include job and career assistance, assistance with procuring household needs, holiday celebration assistance, and continued community support through our host congregation hospitality network.
