CURRENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
DIVERSITY EQUITY AND INCLUSION TRAINING
Family Promise of Clark County (FPCC) is soliciting proposals for a one-day presentation on Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), to be held at an agreed upon date sometime between August and September, 2021. FPCC is a nonprofit organization committed to helping children and their families affected by homelessness in the Clark County, WA area. Over 80% of our customer base is from minority and often marginalized community groups. As an organization, we value diversity and want to ensure that our guests are served by culturally competent staff and volunteers who are able to meet their needs. The audience-participants of the presentation will include staff members, key stakeholders and community volunteers. Proposals should include details as to how the presentation will provide specific insights and considerations for families who are experiencing homelessness.

Interested organizations must submit a non-binding Letter of Intent to apply for either of these RFPs. Please note the different due date for each training proposal. Letters of Intent should be submitted to and include the following:

Statement of qualifications and experience providing similar trainings
Expected Service Fee: Please tell us your anticipated rate for an all-day training including any training materials needed for the training
Organizations who are chosen to move forward in our selection process will be provided a formal RFP application. Additionally, we will have direct communication with applicants regarding our needs and how to best tailor your application to what we are looking for. We plan to have a very transparent and interactive application process in order to have organizations provide the best possible proposal.
